Shipping Policy

Disami Trends offer FREE standard delivery for all orders over AU$130 per transaction.

We use Sendle as our shipping provider, wherein you will have an option to choose from standard and express delivery options.

Kindly note we can only provide estimated delivery time frames, as it depends on the stock being dispatched from our warehouse, and the shipping provider. There may be delays in the shipping from the provider’s side which are not in control of Disami Trends.

Along with this, high volume of orders during the sale and festive season may require more time for dispatch and delivery. 

Please note that all product prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and will be charged in Australian Dollars during the checkout.

It is advised to provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign your order as a signature is required during delivery of your order. If noone is at home, and if it is unsafe to leave the parcel unattended, Sendle may leave a card saying “Left with agent”, which means you will need to collect it from your nearest collection point.

The deliveries will only be made on business days, we do not offer delivery on weekends and public holidays. The estimate of the delivery time frame below begins the day after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

• The free shipping over AU$130 (in one transaction) is available across all payment methods.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
• The order total should be AU$130 excluding the discounts, to avail of free shipping.
