Change of mind policy

If you change your mind regarding your purchase or you want to exchange a product, we can offer you an exchange or a store credit as per your discretion. Please note that returns are accepted within 7 days of placing an order. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. This item can be returned within 7 days once the product is delivered. Customers need to courier it back to us at their own expense. Once the return item is validated by us then the exchange can be initiated, or store credit can be credited.

Defective or faulty products

We accept returns and offer full refunds in case of a defective or faulty product. Please notify us and return the product within 3 days from the date of delivery and provide evidence of defect by clicking photos/videos and sharing it with us.

We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. Customers need to courier it back to us at their own expense. Once the return item is validated by us then the amount refund will be initiated and it will be credited to the bank/card used for the purchase.

Condition of product during return

Your returns will only be accepted and processed if the product is in the original condition in which it was supplied to you. Please note no tags should be removed and the item should have not been used.
